Any overseas and overnight bookings are classified as Platinum grade packages, due to the travel time incurred – this will be highlighted and agreed with the client at the booking stage

Additional hours can be arranged for an extra cost, which will be invoiced separately after the event unless the extra hours are agreed at the booking stage, in which case these costs will be added to the main invoice

Full terms and conditions will be made available to the client at the initial discussion stage

50-mile radius from Petersfield, Hampshire, will be charged at 40p per extra mile.
